This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application OmniDoc: PDF & Photo Suite (referred to herein as "OmniDoc", "we", "our", or "us"), published by JambuIjo. It describes how your information is handled when you download, install, or use the application on an Android device.

By using OmniDoc, you acknowledge the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any aspect of this policy, please do not use the application.

2. Information We Process

A. User Content (Photos, Documents, Videos, Signatures, QR Codes)

• No Server Upload: All documents, PDFs, photos, videos, and signatures processed within OmniDoc remain strictly on your local device storage.
• No Access by Developer: The publisher (JambuIjo) has no technical access, visibility, or ability to view, store, copy, or share any of your files.

B. Automatically Collected Technical Data

To support application maintenance and enable monetization through advertising, our third-party advertising partners (Google AdMob) and platform services (Google Play Services) may automatically collect certain pseudonymized technical device data, such as:

• Device Identifiers: Android Advertising ID (AAID) and vendor identifiers.
• Network Information: IP address (utilized for general coarse-level geolocation for localized ads and anti-fraud verification).
• Performance & Diagnostics: Device manufacturer, model, operating system version, app version, language settings, and crash telemetry.
• Ad Interaction Data: Impressions, click events, and ad loading telemetry.

5. European Privacy Rights (GDPR & UK GDPR)

If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, you are entitled to specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and UK Data Protection Act:

B. Your Rights

• Right of Access (Art. 15): Request confirmation of whether your personal data is processed and obtain details on that processing.
• Right to Rectification (Art. 16): Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to Erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your personal data ("Right to be forgotten").
• Right to Restrict Processing (Art. 18): Restrict processing under certain statutory conditions.
• Right to Data Portability (Art. 20): Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

• Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with an authorized Supervisory Authority in your EU/EEA member state or the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA & CalOPPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), California residents have specific statutory privacy rights:

A. Notice at Collection

In the preceding 12 months, our advertising partners may have collected the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: Mobile Advertising ID (AAID), unique device ID, IP address.
• Internet or Network Activity: App usage telemetry, interactions with in-app advertisements.
• Geolocation Data: Coarse geolocation derived from IP address (city/country level).

B. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

• We do not sell your personal information or files for monetary consideration.
• Our advertising partners (Google AdMob) may "share" pseudonymized online identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

C. Your California Rights

• Right to Know & Access: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information collected from you.
• Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale / Sharing: You can opt out of cross-context behavioral ads by resetting or disabling your Advertising ID in your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID) or through the in-app consent preferences.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you (e.g., denying features or charging different rates) for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
• California "Shine the Light" Law: We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

7. Other Jurisdictions

Brazil (LGPD - Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados)

Users in Brazil hold rights to confirmation of processing, access, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and revocation of consent under Law No. 13,709/2018. Consent can be updated at any time in the app's privacy settings.

Canada (PIPEDA)

Users in Canada are protected under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Personal data collection via ad networks is governed by meaningful consent and limited to legitimate business purposes.

Australia (Privacy Act 1988)

We handle personal information in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You can contact us to access or correct information or to lodge a complaint regarding our privacy practices.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Global Standards)

OmniDoc is a general utility productivity application and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 for residents of the EEA/UK).

We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided personal information through third-party services within our app, please contact us immediately so we can take steps to remove such data.

9. Data Retention & Security

• Local Files: All files created, modified, or saved using OmniDoc reside on your device until you choose to delete them or clear the app's storage. Uninstalling the application removes all application-private working files.
• Third-Party Telemetry: Data collected by Google AdMob and Google Play Services is retained according to their published retention schedules (typically pseudonymized and purged after predefined retention windows).
• Security Measures: We employ modern Android security practices, including scoped storage APIs, TLS/HTTPS for third-party network transmissions, and strict sandboxed file provider configurations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal amendments, technological advancements, or changes in operational practices. When updates are published, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
